LeadDash Inc. ("LeadDash," "we," "us," or "our") provides a real-estate lead distribution platform that delivers inbound leads to brokerage teams via SMS, voice, and email. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information: name, email, password hash, brokerage, role.
  • Agent contact information: mobile phone number, service area, routing preferences.
  • Lead information submitted by consumers via our forms, partner integrations, or webhooks.
  • Usage data: log files, device info, IP address, and interactions with the platform.

How We Use Information

  • To route leads to eligible agents and operate the platform.
  • To send transactional notifications (SMS, voice, email) about leads and account activity.
  • To improve product performance, security, and customer support.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

SMS Communications

LeadDash does not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS lead alerts is used solely to deliver the service you signed up for and is not provided to marketing partners under any circumstances.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead activity in your service area. You may receive between 5 and 50 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your wireless provider apply to all messages sent and received.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any LeadDash message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@leaddash.ai.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting, SMS/voice delivery, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information. As stated above, we do not share or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent for marketing purposes to any third party or affiliate.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
