1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeadDash, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

LeadDash is a lead-distribution platform for real estate brokerages and agents. We capture inbound consumer leads from integrated sources and broadcast them to eligible agents on a team so the first to respond claims the lead.

3. SMS Program Terms

Program description: LeadDash sends lead-distribution notifications to real estate agents via SMS. When a new lead enters the system, eligible agents receive a text with the lead details and instructions to reply 1 to claim the lead.

Opt-in: SMS enrollment is optional. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during agent signup, you expressly consent to receive SMS lead alerts and related transactional messages from LeadDash. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any LeadDash message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message. Reply START to resume messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@leaddash.ai.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead activity in your service area. You may receive between 5 and 50 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges from your wireless provider apply to all messages sent and received. LeadDash and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers: Major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Account & Payment

Agent seats are billed at the rate displayed during signup. You may cancel at any time; subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadDash only for lawful business purposes, to comply with all applicable laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM), and not to misuse leads obtained through the platform.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LeadDash's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
